ATLAS Mara Limited Announces Share Buyback Update/Total Voting Rights

Following the share buyback update on 23 January 2015, Atlas Mara Ltd ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") announces that on 3 February 2015, it completed the purchase of the remaining 414,455 Atlas Mara shares from certain of the previous managers of ABC Holdings Limited ("BancABC"). The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following this purchase, Atlas Mara's total number of ordinary shares remains unchanged at 72,458,524 of which 1,743,888 are now held in treasury.
In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Atlas Mara hereby notifies the market that the total number of voting rights in Atlas Mara is 70,714,636. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Atlas Mara under the DTRs.
