As successor of Dr. Jacques Sanche the Board of Directors has appointed Lars van
der Haegen (1968, Swiss) as new CEO of the Belimo Group.
With this nomination, the Board of Directors continues to focus on continuity
for the company. Lars van der Haegen has been the Head of our Division Americas
and member of the Executive Committee since November, 2010. Prior to that, he
was employed by Belimo in various positions for 11 years already. From 2000 to
2002 he was Head of Product Management Air Volume Control Europe; from 2003 to
2006 he served as Head of Product Management and Marketing at Belimo Americas in
Danbury (USA); and from 2007 to 2010 he was managing director of Belimo in
Zanica (Italy). While working in the US, he also attended Columbia Business
School in New York and the London Business School, earning his MBA. Lars van der
Haegen will take up his new position on July 1, 2015.
