Orefinders Corporate Update
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/06/15 -- Orefinders Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ORX) announces that Mr. Stuart Rogers has resigned as CFO, while Mr. Mark Gelmon, CA, has taken over responsibilities as CFO for the Company and has been appointed Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Stuart Rogers, Mr. Stephen Dulmage and Mr. Adam Travis have resigned from the Board of Directors so that they may focus on other opportunities. The Company wishes to thank these individuals for their contributions as board members over the past several years.
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Stephen Stewart as a Director of the Company. Mr. Stewart was previously the Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Corporate Development, which positions he has relinquished.
In accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 1.125 million incentive options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants at an option exercise price of $0.10 per share, exercisable for a five year period from the date of issue.
