Schaeffler enters top 30 for the first time
National award for Schaeffler's careers website

(PresseBox) - Companies looking for talented and aspiring employees cannot do without online communication channels these days. Careers websites are the first point of contact for applicants wishing to find out more about potential employers. This is also the case for Schaeffler. For the first time, Schaeffler has received the Potentialpark Award for its appealing online talent search. Schaeffler ranked 23rd in the overall ranking for Germany in the online talent communication study. This means the company has shot up 15 places in the ranking compared with last year. In the online applications category, the company ranked 15th for its clearly-structured online application procedure.
Karin Goerl from Employer Branding at Schaeffler is really pleased about the award. "We have worked hard on the content and usability of our websites and will continue doing so in future to ensure we provide an even better service with more user friendliness. We are happy that this work is also reflected in our standing in the Potentialpark study."
The online talent communication study illustrates which employers are best at understanding the evolving communication behavior of candidates. Schaeffler has been developing itself in online talent communication in particular, year after year. With its career website, Facebook page, its own Youtube channel and much more, Schaeffler searches online every day for ambitious and talented employees.
