Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. Declares Distribution
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/22/11 -- Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (Teekay Offshore) (NYSE: TOO), has declared a cash distribution of $0.50 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The cash distribution is payable on August 12, 2011 to all unitholders of record on August 5, 2011.
