The cooperative Swissgenetics favors the fleet software of community4you AG.
(firmenpresse) - The Swissgenetics cooperative based in Zollikofen BE is the largest producer and marketer of cattle genetics for artificial insemination in Switzerland. The company Swissgenetics has been offering its customers the best cattle genetics for their production conditions for more than 50 years, thus contributing to their sustainable economic success. With internationally competitive genetics programs and the national and global distribution of high quality Swiss genetics, the cooperative is promoting the value of domestic cattle breeding.
Swissgenetics currently operates four locations and two distribution centers in Switzerland and provides a nationwide field service 365 days a year for services relating to cattle breeding. For the professional fleet management of 300 field and company vehicles, Swissgenetics is using the fleet management software comm.fleet.
The functions related to the electronic vehicle file are especially of paramount importance for Swissgenetics. Indeed the centralised form management and the associated document management for vehicle registration documents, police reports and insurance policies support not only a "paperless office", but provide always instant access to all relevant information.
The comprehensive reporting and controlling functions of comm.fleet were as well essential in convincing the Swiss company. Through extensive analysis options Swissgenetics can identify and optimize their cost drivers with comm.fleet. The cost evaluation is available quick and easy per vehicle type, cost type, cost center or cost period at the push of a button.
The extensive collection of standard reports, which are already integrated in the standard installation of comm.fleet, as well as the individual adaptation and the easy creation of user-definable reports, which we need at Swissgenetics in order to determine costs per car, for fuel or for life performances of the vehicles, have made comm.fleet the software system of our choice, says Peter Salzmann, employee for the support, fleet and facility management at Swissgenetics.
