Brilliant Announces Cancellation of Shares

(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/11/15 -- Brilliant Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BLT) announces that it has cancelled 3,703,704 common shares in its capital for no consideration. The shares were issued in April 2011, in trust, in connection with Brilliant's acquisition of Ivory Resources Inc. The number of issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Brilliant is now 145,751,065.
