Stock Option Issuance

(TSX VENTURE: TUF) ("Honey Badger" or the "Company") announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, a total of 1,075,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.10 with an expiry date of July 22, 2016 were issued to directors, officers and consultants. Of this amount 520,000 were issued to insiders of the Company.
Approval of the Company's stock option plan was obtained from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on June 23, 2011.
