Pantheon Ventures Appoints New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/12/15 -- Pantheon Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PVX) ("Pantheon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has appointed Mr. Brandon Boddy to succeed Adrian Smith as a director of the Company. Mr. Boddy has over 9 years of finance and capital market experience. He formerly worked as an investment advisor at Jordan Capital Markets and Canaccord Capital Corp., Canada's largest independent securities dealer covering the North American capital markets specializing in developing, restructuring and financing venture capital companies. Mr. Boddy attended the University of New Orleans studying Business Administration and finished his Degree at British Columbia Institute of Technology. The Board of Directors of Pantheon is now comprised of Brett Matich, Brian Morrison, Mike Blady and Brandon Boddy.
Pantheon would like to thank Mr. Smith for his services to date with the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
About the Company
The Company is engaged in the business of iron ore exploration. Its primary objective is to locate and develop economic properties of merit. Pantheon is currently focused on its exploration program on the Kokoko Property which is comprised of 14 mineral claims located in the Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario.
