PrairieSky Royalty Declares February Dividend and Announces Date for Year End 2014 Conference Call

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/12/15 -- PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") (TSX: PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.10833 per common share to be paid on March 16, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 27, 2015.

This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

PrairieSky will release its year end 2014 results on Monday, February 23, 2015 after markets close. The news release detailing PrairieSky's year end 2014 results will provide operating and financial information.
