Change in Biotie Therapies' Financial Calendar 2015
Biotie Therapies Corp. ("Biotie") will now publish its Financial Statement
Release 2014 on 27 February 2015 and its Financial Statements 2014 and Corporate
Governance Statement 2014 on 9 March 2015; the previously announced dates were
20 February and 23 February 2015 respectively. The analyst and media conference
call will also move to 27 February 2015 at 9.00 am Finnish time.
Biotie's Annual General Meeting is now planned to be held on 15 April 2015 in
Turku; the previously announced date was 26 March 2015. A shareholder is
entitled to have the General Meeting consider a matter falling within the remit
of the General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time
for it to be included in the notice convening the Meeting. A request is
considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has
been notified of such a request no later than 25 February 2015 (previously
announced date was 9 February 2015). Such a request should be sent to: Biotie
