VickreyBrown Investment Strategy Available in a Unit Investment Trust Offered by Guggenheim Investments

The "VickreyBrown Double Dozen Strategy Portfolio, Series 1" UIT launched with an initial offer price of $10 on January 12, 2015.
The "VickreyBrown Double Dozen Strategy Portfolio, Series 1" UIT is a 13 month UIT that consists of 24 domestic securities across market capitalizations and sectors that are recognized to have solid, sustainable growth potential and are deemed undervalued by the market, otherwise known as GARP, as of the date of deposit. The model for the UIT was developed by VickreyBrown Investments, LLC, also a wholly owned subsidiary of Investview.
