Advanced Defense Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) Commences Implementation of Its Generation # 2 Phased Array Antenna Technology/Projects

(OTC PINK: ADCF) announced today the Company has started its Generation # 2 Phased Array Antenna projects with the acquisition of expertise of Paramjit (Pete) Walia (former Northrop Grumman Manager) as Vice-President of Marketing and Operations and Jeffrey Leckich as the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). "Their joining ADTI will definitely push the company (with key technologies) to a significant position as a major source of affordable advanced defense and commercial systems," says R.S. Tahim president of ADTI.
ADTI's Generation # 1 prototypes supported its patented and proprietary technologies/products for exceptionally lightweight, compact, wideband and cost effective . ADTI's Generation # 2 projects leverage the Generation # 1 successes to accommodate specific Statements of Work (SOW), solicitations and the defense and commercial programs.
Pete Walia has extensive experience working in the aerospace industry for over 35 years and has recently retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). Mr. Walia was an NGC Technical Fellow and acted as Principal Investigator (PI) and Program Manager (PM) for several advanced technology programs sponsored by Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Navy, Army, Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), and NGC. Mr. Walia played active roles in various air vehicle programs such as Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF-F22), F-20 Tiger Shark, unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) and other classified programs. Mr. Walia was member of IEEE and Co-Chairman of the SAE Power Systems Committee.
Jeffrey Leckich is a CPA and an expert in complex transaction structuring. Most recently, Mr. Leckich developed a fixed income equity security to connect the investment community with the end user of residential real estate. Before that Mr. Leckich's structured financial product efforts, he served concurrent positions for the largest local based Public Accounting firm in Southern California as the Partner-in-Charge of a transactional and accounting due-diligence group and an audit partner servicing SEC Registrants and privately held companies.
