YourEncore Hires Leigh Ann Pagnard as Vice President of Operations

Pagnard joins YourEncore with more than 20 years of experience in both workforce and outsourcing solutions. At Cincinnati-based Belcan Corporation, a provider of engineering, staffing, and other flexible workforce solutions, she served as senior vice president of the corporation and also held other key divisional leadership roles, including president of BelFlex Staffing Network and vice president of Belcan TechServices. While at Belcan, Pagnard focused on strategic business planning and execution in order to expand corporate reach, profitability and global brand awareness. For her contributions, in 2012 Pagnard was named to the Staffing 100, a list of the top 100 most influential people in the flexible workforce industry, according to Staffing Industry Analysts. She most recently was owner and president of Crescendo, a strategic management consulting firm.

Pagnard is both CSP® (Certified Staffing Professional) and TSC(SM) (Technical Services Certified) certified by the American Staffing Association (ASA) and is currently a member of the ASA's Technical, IT and Scientific Section Council. Pagnard earned an MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati and will be based in the YourEncore Cincinnati office.
