Stolt-Nielsen Limited Secures $250 Million Financing

LONDON, February 19, 2015 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced
today that it has closed a $250 million private placement with American
International Group (AIG). The private placement has a term of 10 years and is
secured by the Company's terminal in Houston. Proceeds from the notes will be
used to repay existing financial indebtedness and for general corporate
purposes.
