Crocodile Gold Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year End 2014 Financial Earnings Release and Conference Call

(TSX: CRK)(OTCQX: CROCF)("Crocodile Gold" or the "Company") will report financial results for the three months and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, on Monday, March 16, 2015, before the opening of the stock markets.
Rodney Lamond, Crocodile Gold President and Chief Executive Officer and Robert Dufour, Crocodile Gold Chief Financial Officer, will also host a conference call to discuss the results on Monday, March 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
