Grow Solutions, Inc. Enters Into Going Public Merger Transaction

(the "Company" or "GSI") announced today that it has entered into a merger agreement and change of control transaction with LightTouch Vein & Laser, Inc. (OTCBB: LTVL), a publicly traded corporation. The transaction involves the purchase of a controlling interest of the issued and outstanding shares of LTVL by the Company.
Grow Solutions intends to enter into multiple acquisitions in the legal cannabis industry and provide services and materials to growers, processors and dispensaries. The Company plans to have multiple divisions consisting of management services, retail stores, equipment distribution, financing, products, real estate and licensing. Through these divisions the Company plans to provide expertise, equipment, supplies, and financing to the legal cannabis industry. The Company intends to reach customers through retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, which we believe will allow GSI to have multi-level customer relationships.
Grow Solutions, Inc. will provide the following services and products:
Consulting - the art and science of growing, processing and dispensing
Equipment, Supplies and Nutrients - targeting both the resale and wholesale legal cannabis market
Financing - focusing on funding new operations and expansion of existing divisions
Non-Cannabis Products - vaporizers and other consumer products
GSI does not grow, process, or dispense cannabis. The Company serves state licensed growers and legal cannabis dispensaries. We believe an integral part of the Company's overall business is value added services. GSI's Management will have the ability to supply commercial growers and individual caregivers with commercial grade oil production, high-end processed cannabis, MIP (marijuana infused products) applications, and extraction and blending developments and advances.
