Kombat Copper Announces Board Resignation

(TSX VENTURE: KBT) ("Kombat" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Duane Parnham has resigned from the Board of Directors of Kombat Copper, effective immediately. Mr Parnham will be pursuing other business ventures that require his full attention however, as a major shareholder, he will continue to assist Kombat Copper going forward and will be a valuable resource to the Company in the future.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Parnham for his contribution to the Company and wish him well on his future endeavours.
