Prior to joining EmployerDirect, Mr. Hampton spent more than 13 years with Stryker Orthopaedics, most recently as an Area Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region. He was responsible for leading more than 500 people in seven divisions to attain financial, top line and operational goals, and for placing, directing and engaging leadership to attain the organizational objectives. Mr. Hampton also served as an Agent Principal and Sales Representative for Sulzer-Medica (Intermedics Orthopedics).
