("Blackbird" or the "Company") (TSX VENTUE: BBI) is pleased to announce that its Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders of the Corporation (the "AGM") will be held in the Viking Room at the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. (MST). Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in person may listen to our conference call and concurrently view a live webcast presentation of the AGM. The dial-in and log-in information for the conference call and webcast is as follows:

The conference call will be available starting at 2:30 p.m. (MST). The AGM is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. (MST). Please call either the local number for your city or the toll free number listed below. When prompted, enter the Participant Pass Code 17802 followed by the # sign.
