VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
Rules and Transparency Rules, the "Company" is required to notify the market of
the following:
As at 30 July 2010, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 314,851,484
ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30
July 2010 was 314,851,484.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
