ARCADIS announces Michiel P. Lap for nomination to its Supervisory Board

February 26, 2015 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and
built asset design & consultancy firm, today announced that Michiel P. Lap has
accepted to be nominated for appointment to the company's Supervisory Board for
a four year term. The appointment will be put before shareholders at the
upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders in May 2015. With this appointment
ARCADIS fills a long term vacancy in its Supervisory Board.
Michiel Lap retired in August 2014 from Goldman Sachs Inc., where he served as
Managing Director and Partner, and Head of Northern European Investment Banking
activities. In that position he led cross-product and multi-jurisdictional teams
advising some of Europe's largest corporations, financial institutions, and
governments on mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, risk
management, and shareholder relations. Prior to 2004, Mr. Lap was Executive Vice
President and Executive Board member at telecoms firm Orange S.A., from 2001
through 2003; Managing Director, Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley &
Co, London, from 1988 to 2001; and Assistant Vice President, Corporate Banking
at J.P. Morgan, in London and New York from 1984 to 1988. Mr Lap holds a
bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University.
The Supervisory Board nomination is subject to shareholder approval during the
upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 13, 2015 in
Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The documents for this shareholder meeting will be
published on ARCADIS' website at www.arcadis.com as of early April 2015.
