Southern Pacific Advises of Issuance of Cease Trade Order
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/26/15 -- Further to the news release issued on February 11, 2015, Southern Pacific Resource Corp. (TSX: STP) announces that the Alberta Securities Commission (the "ASC") issued a cease trade order against the Corporation effective February 20, 2015 for failing to file interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and interim certifications for the period ended December 31, 2014 (collectively, the "Required Filings") within the time period prescribed by securities regulation.
The Company has previously announced a listing review of the Common Shares and Debentures by the TSX which will result in the delisting of such securities effective on February 27, 2015.
