Positive ruling for Aspo's ESL Shipping in Helsinki District Court
Today, February 27, 2015, the Helsinki District Court announced its judgement in
the case between ESL Shipping, part of Aspo Group, and the Finnish State
regarding fairway dues levied during the years 2001-2004.
According to the judgement in the Helsinki District Court, the Finnish State
will be required to refund to ESL Shipping approximately EUR 3.0 million in
accordance with the company's claim, as well as legal expenses and interest.
If the judgement becomes final, it will affect Aspo Group's result for 2015
positively with a corresponding amount.
