PetroMaroc Announces Resignation of a Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/27/15 -- PetroMaroc Corporation plc (TSX VENTURE: PMA) (the "Company" or "PetroMaroc") today announced the resignation of Yogeshwar Sharma from the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company effective immediately. Due to Mr. Sharma's continuing commitments and time constraints, he has concluded that he would not be able to devote sufficient time to the Company and exercise his director duties diligently.
Dennis A. Sharp, Chairman of the Board, stated "PetroMaroc's Board sincerely thanks Mr. Sharma for all of his efforts and continuing support of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours."
