Petra Petroleum Inc. Announces the Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/25/11 -- Petra Petroleum Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PTL) (the "Corporation"). Pursuant to an employment agreement dated May 5, 2010, the Corporation has granted a total of 600,000 stock options to its Chief Executive Officer which will vest over a two year period, at an exercise price of $0.60 each and will be exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.
The Corporation has also granted a total of 850,000 stock options to its directors and officers at the exercise price of $0.43 each for a period of five years from the date of grant.
