Precise and gentle filling of your pharmaceutical product – dosing technology in perfection!

(firmenpresse) - As of now you can take the advantage of the new dosing technology based on the endless piston principle also in the filling or dosing in the pharmaceutical production.
With the new developed Pharma Dispenser ViscoTec offers the ideal system, to for example also dose highly sensible media with e.g. microcapsules or bacterial suspensions process-safe, non-destructively and highly precisely. Further application possibilities are among others syringe fillings with pharmaceutical liquids, viscous gels or pasty creams in the field of pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology or also in cosmetic industry.
Pharmacompliant, hygienic design
The Pharma Dispenser VPHD is produced with all product contacted stainless steel components in 1.4404 (AISI 316L), surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 µm and electropolished with inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN10204 as standard. All nonmetallic product contacted parts are made FDA compliant.
To meet the high requirements on the cleaning, the design of the dispenser allows disassembling without any tools.
Flexible Processconnections
As pump outlet an end fitting with PharmComp Clamp or a newly developed adapter for screwless and sealingless connecting of different filling nozzles geometrics or a Luer-Lock Adapter for standard filling needles are available.
