Hubbell Names Maria R. Lee Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations

SHELTON, CT. (March 3, 2015) - Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBA, HUBB) today
announced the appointment of Maria R. Lee to the position of Vice President,
Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations. In this role, Ms. Lee will serve as
our primary point of contact with the investment community. She will also
oversee strategic planning, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking
and assisting in setting the strategic direction of the company.
"Ms. Lee's combination of skill and experience make her a great addition to the

Before joining Hubbell, Ms. Lee spent six years with United Technologies
Corporation in a variety of Financial, Investor Relations and Strategic Planning
roles, most recently as Director of Investor Relations. Prior to UTC, she worked
in both consulting and senior staff positions with a number of firms, including
Duff & Phelps (formerly Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting),
Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. Ms. Lee earned her
MBA from Harvard Business School and her bachelor of arts in history from Yale
University.
