Paycor Appoints Jennifer Langer as Senior Vice President of Product Management
Seasoned Business Leader Leverages Extensive Human Capital Management Technology Experience in New Role

In this capacity, Langer leads the ongoing development and strategy for Paycor's comprehensive cloud-based HCM suite, ensuring it continues to meet market demand for a complete solution that encompasses timekeeping, HR, benefits and reporting processes. She also is responsible for shaping Paycor's proactive service model and user experience, leveraging her extensive product management expertise to drive the company's strategic planning, guide the development of new innovations and develop go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Paycor, Langer served as vice president, HCM Product Management, National Accounts for ADP, where she led a team of 40 product managers and marketers. She also held the position of vice president, Product Management and Corporate Marketing with Ancile Solutions, leading the product management, strategy and marketing teams. Langer previously worked for Lawson software as vice president of Product Management, overseeing global product management teams. In addition, Langer held several leadership positions at Oracle/PeopleSoft, including director of Industries Strategy, executive for the company's Healthcare Industry Solutions and vice president, Healthcare Strategy.
