NexGen Holdings Announces That Its Paddock Pools Subsidiary Has Hired Industry Veteran Monte Rollins as Its Senior Construction Manager
NexGen Continues to Build Depth in Its Management Team as Mr. Rollins Joins Michael Rynne as Its Newly Appointed Construction Manager
(firmenpresse) - SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 03/04/15 -- NexGen Holdings Corp. (OTC PINK: XGEN) today announced that it had hired veteran industry executive Monte Rollins to head up is construction management at its Paddock Pools Subsidiary.
Monte Rollins has built a reputation over 37 years for successfully managing swimming pool construction teams to build the highest quality swimming pools while maintaining robust margins for the Company. Mr. Rollins recently left California Pools, an Arizona competitor of the Company where for over 12 years he managed their entire construction program. Previous to working at California Pools Mr. Rollins held the same position at Paddock Pools.
Mr. Rollins will head up a construction department surrounded by veteran swimming pool executives such as Michael Rynne, recently promoted to Construction Manager, who has been at Paddock for over 21 years and has excelled in various management positions and understands every aspect of swimming pools and swimming pool equipment.
