Avance Gas: Completion of buy-back program

Bermuda, 6 March 2015: Avance Gas Holding Ltd (OSE: "AVANCE") today announced
the completion of its USD 15 million share buy-back program, as initiated on 31
December 2014 and further extended on 15 January 2015.
The company has purchased 939,039 common shares at an average price of NOK
104.1 per share pursuant to the buy-back program, for an aggregate consideration
of NOK 97.8 million (USD 12.6 million).
The total number of shares held as treasury shares as of today is 919,339.
