Recent Developments in the Wright Medical Hip Litigation

The LaBovick Law Group is actively pursuing their client's cases on the state/national level and have concluded a significant amount of the formal Discovery with Wright Medical. The firm is now awaiting a trial date on the first case that was filed in Palm Beach County which should be the first case tried against Wright Medical in the United States regarding their Metal on Metal hip implants.

As a result, the LaBovick Law Group is having an open forum discussion on at Mr. Faulkner, Joseph Osborne, Esq. and Brian LaBovick, Esq. will be available to answer any questions and provide you more information about each case in an informal setting.
