(firmenpresse) - PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- Alpha Lujo, Inc. (OTCBB: ALEV) (OTCQB: ALEV) announced today that it has entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Zentric, Inc. (OTCBB: ZNTR) (OTCQB: ZNTR). William Tien, CEO of Alpha Lujo, will also serve as President and Director of Zentric, Inc.
Mr. Tien remarked, "I am pleased to complete the Share Exchange Agreement and to be appointed President and Director of Zentric. Zentric will start to provide and supply Alpha Lujo with batteries by the end of 2011."
