Healthix Appoints New Chief Information Officer
Innovative New York Regional Health Information Organization (RHIO) Strengthens Its Leadership Team During Crucial Period of HIE Change and Rapid Growth

Rogow, MPA, CSM, PMP has joined as the new Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, where he will be responsible for providing the vision, strategy and day-to-day operational leadership for all technical aspects of Healthix. Mr. Rogow brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience, with particular expertise in operating a statewide health information exchange. "I've worked in the health information exchange industry for over five years and am thrilled to leverage this experience as a member of the Healthix management team. I look forward to partnering with our customers to deliver leading clinical information exchange services and analytics to improve patient care delivery, outcomes and experience."
Mr. Rogow has joined Healthix during a period of rapid growth and innovative change. He has the critical role of building and leading Healthix's information technology function as Healthix brings its technology development and operations in-house. Mr. Rogow will be responsible for implementing the next generation of application software and the conversion of all Healthix participants to the new platform. Previous to joining Healthix, Mr. Rogow served as the Chief Technology Officer at HealthInfoNet, a leading HIE serving the state of Maine. With 20 years of experience in technology, Mr. Rogow is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a 2012 graduate of the Hanley Center's Health Leadership program in Maine. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for New England HIMSS as the HIE Liaison.
