Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet and ask questions to HITEC's Rising Latinas Panel, a group of prominent Hispanic female executives.

HITEC features several programs to provide professional development and mentoring for young professionals, as well as programs to recognize the contributions of senior level executives to the technology industry. The organization's Emerging Executives Program (EEP) develops high potential Hispanic IT leaders, providing personal development and growth. EEP provides exposure and interaction with high-level IT executives and business leaders, mentoring and guidance on career-related issues unique to Hispanics in leadership. The HITEC 100 is an annual awards ceremony that recognizes contributions of the top 100 Hispanic IT leaders around the globe.
