Shuttle Computer Group's DS57U Media Player Has Increased Range of Uses
New Device Shown at Digital Signage Expo in Booth #2840
(firmenpresse) - CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/11/15 -- announces its media player that boasts two discrete channel outputs and a wide range of inputs, which increases its installation versatility. Systems integrators can use this device for digital signage, kiosks, hospital carts, or point-of-sale, among others. Shuttle debuts its DS57U in Booth #2840 at DSE at the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 11-12, 2015.

"Add two screen display selections, high-speed Celeron processing and full HD imaging, and we have a great solution to any digital signage application."
To provide even more application flexibility, the player supports two discrete displays simultaneously with 1080p resolution for the highest quality imaging and text. The DS57U has built-in HDMI™ and DisplayPort, four USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, and two built-in RS232/RS422/RS485 interfaces, so integrators have more installation options.
The DS57U includes a high-performance processor made by Intel®, which meets the demand of power-hungry digital signage or multi-media displays. The Celeron®-based platform provides a high level of computing and graphics performance, so digital signage images and graphics are crystal clear, vibrant and fast-moving.
With fanless operation, the Shuttle DS57U consumes less than 65W of power at full capacity.
The DS57U is shipping this month with a full three-year warranty, subject to terms and conditions.
