(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/11/15 -- Asean Energy Corp. has announced it intends to proceed with a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement").

Shareholders of record will receive shares of the three companies as follows:

For every 10 shares held of ASA, 1 share of 1016183 B.C. Ltd. will be issued

For every 25 shares held of ASA, 1 share of 1021916 B.C. Ltd. will be issued

For every 25 shares held of ASA, 1 share of 1024954 B.C. Ltd. will be issued

The shares will begin trading Ex-Distribution March 11, 2015. The name and symbol will not change.

Record Date: March 12, 2015
