Hunt Mortgage Group Hires Tracy Dennis as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Management and Counsel
Joins the Hunt Team in New York
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 03/12/15 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a commercial real estate lender, announced today that Tracy Dennis has been hired as a Managing Director and the Head of Transaction Management and Counsel. In this role, Dennis will serve as legal counsel on all Hunt transactions and closings, and will oversee the transaction management team. She will operate out of the firm's New York office and will report to Robert Wrzosek, President.
"Tracy is a seasoned attorney having represented lenders and borrowers in numerous commercial real estate transactions over the course of her career," commented Wrzosek. "She brings a wealth of transactional experience in both the commercial real estate and structured finance industries. This is a new role at Hunt Mortgage Group and one designed to accelerate the approval process with our growing portfolio."
Dennis comes to Hunt from First American Title Insurance Company where she served as Senior Underwriting Counsel. Prior to that she was a Director at Credit Suisse where she worked on providing warehouse lines and seller financing to the firm's commercial real estate and structured finance clients. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Mayo Crowe and an associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP.

Dennis earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
