Company Founder Scott Gallagher stated, "We're postponing today's scheduled conference call for at least one week. We've recently entered into ongoing discussions with several parties regarding a number of possible transactions. Due to the nature of these ongoing discussions it would be premature to host a conference call today. Additionally we have entered into certain NDAs which would prohibit us from the discussion legally at this point. We intend to immediately reschedule the call upon completion of these discussions one way or the other as soon as possible."
