Annual General Meeting of Bellevue Group AG on March 16, 2015
At the Annual General Meeting, the shareholders of Bellevue Group AG approved
all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors.
The Annual General Meeting elected Thomas von Planta, who had already served on
the Board of Directors, Chairman as former Chairman Walter Knabenhans was not
standing for re-election. Mirjam Staub-Bisang, founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Independent Capital Group AG, was elected to the board as a new
member. Director Daniel Sigg was elected to another one-year term of office.
The Board of Directors thanks Walter Knabenhans for his sagacious guidance and
his valuable contribution to the Group's consistently profitable growth over the
years. During his time of service Bellevue Group successfully navigated the
turmoil in the wake of the global financial crisis with proactive strategic risk
policies. At the same time the business activities of the Asset Management unit
were sustainably repositioned.
A dividend of CHF 1.00 per share will be paid. The shares will trade ex-dividend
on March 18, 2015.
