Lincoln Military Housing Awarded Superior Resident Satisfaction Company & National Company Resident Satisfaction Awards

(firmenpresse) - WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwired) -- 03/17/15 -- (LMH) has been recognized by SatisFacts Research for providing premier customer service, receiving both the Superior Resident Satisfaction Company Award and National Company Resident Satisfaction Award.

Of nearly 300 property management companies that participate in the SatisFacts survey program, LMH had the highest score of military property management companies and the second highest in all multifamily housing. All but three properties within the LMH portfolio also received Resident Satisfaction Property Awards. The awards are based on SatisFacts program surveys submitted by LMH residents throughout 2014.



Lincoln Military Housing (LMH) was formed in 2001 through a Department of Defense (DOD) contract with parent company Lincoln Property Company. The goal has always been to increase the quality of military housing for our nation's servicemen and women. Since its inception more than a decade years ago, Lincoln Military Housing now provides more than 31,000 family homes for military members across the US. LMH acts as a support system for military families and offers community-building activities and 24-hour maintenance assistance programs, free, to all of their residents.
