Kincora Engages First Canadian to Provide Investor Relations Services
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- Kincora Copper Limited (TSX VENTURE: KCC) (the "Company" or "Kincora"), is pleased to announce that it has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. ("First Canadian" or the "Consultant") to provide strategic marketing and investor relations services. Under the terms of the agreement (the "First Canadian Agreement"), Kincora will pay First Canadian CDN$6,000 per month for a twelve month initial term and grant 400,000 stock options to purchase up to 400,000 shares of Kincora at an exercise price of CDN$0.50 per share and another at a price of CDN$0.70 per share, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to and including two years from the date of execution of the First Canadian Agreement, subject to vesting as follows: (i) 100,000 shares at $0.50 shall vest and be exercisable at or after the 6 month anniversary of the execution of the First Canadian Agreement; (ii) 100,000 shares at $0.50 shall vest and be exercisable at or after the 12 month anniversary of the execution of the First Canadian Agreement; (iii) 100,000 shares at $0.70 shall vest and be exercisable at or after the 18 month anniversary of the execution of the First Canadian Agreement; and (iv) 100,000 shares at $0.70 shall vest and be exercisable at or after the 24 month anniversary of the execution of the First Canadian Agreement.
First Canadian will assist Kincora in opening productive dialogue with private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers and other financial professionals. The Consultant will focus on generating market awareness among the investment community as Kincora continues to make further progress on its key asset the Bronze Fox Copper-Gold deposit in an area with developed surrounding infrastructure.
