(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/17/15 -- Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG) is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on May 29, 2015 at the offices of Stikeman Keeley Spiegel Pasternack LLP, 200 Front Street West, Suite 2300, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Information regarding matters to be considered by shareholders of the Company will be forthcoming. Among those matters will be that shareholders approve a consolidation of the Company's shares on the basis of 1 new share for every 5 old shares held. The Company will also be announcing a private placement of consolidated shares to raise $250,000.00 at $0.05 per share to fund an exploration program on the Company's Larder Lake Project in Northern Ontario and to provide working capital for the Company.
