(EGS) announced today that its subsidiary, APAC Customer Services, Inc., plans to hire approximately 60 additional customer care representatives at its Mendota Heights, MN service center, now through March as part of a previously announced expansion. These full-time positions will support one of the most well-respected telecommunications brands in the world. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary for success.
