(firmenpresse) - CLEVELAND, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- Lowe Eklund Wakefield & Mulvihill Co., LPA, a recognized leader in the areas of , and medical malpractice, has hired associate attorney Michelle Holiday to join its team of legal experts. In her new role, Holiday will focus her litigation practice on personal injury and product liability, as well as medical and other professional malpractice cases.

With experience at all stages of litigation, Holiday has successfully tried cases and argued appeals with impressive results. Licensed in both state and federal court, she acts as a zealous advocate for her clients. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, which helps her remain current on new and changing issues in her practice areas.
Prior to joining Lowe, Eklund, Wakefield and Mulvihill Co., LPA, Holiday worked for other Cleveland-area law firms focusing on criminal defense, labor and employment disputes, workers' compensation, commercial litigation and administrative law. A graduate of the University of Akron's School of Law, Holiday received national recognition while competing on behalf of the school's trial team.
Holiday currently sits on Hiram College's Alumni Board of Directors and is proud to be associated with community legal aid programs. She is also an active volunteer with the Cuyahoga Board of Developmental Disabilities and the American Civil Liberties Union, along with numerous animal rescue organizations.
