Constellation Software Announces Ex-Dividend Date on April Dividend

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/18/15 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announces the ex-dividend date for the quarterly dividend payable on April 3, 2015. In a press release dated February 25, 2015 the record date was set to March 18, 2015. Due to a late notification to the Toronto Stock Exchange, the ex-dividend date for this dividend will be March 19, 2015. The dividend will be paid on April 3, 2015.
