MagIndustries Files Amended Management's Discussion and Analysis for the Year Ended December 31, 2013

(TSX: MAA) (the "Company" or "MagIndustries") announced today that it has filed on an amended version of its management's discussion and analysis of the financial condition and results of the operations of MagIndustries for the year ended December 31, 2013. The amendment is an inclusion of a statement regarding the conclusions about the effectiveness of the Company's internal controls over financial reporting which was inadvertently left out of the management's discussion and analysis when it was originally filed by the Company.
Other than the information referred to above the management's discussion and analysis of the financial condition and results of the operations of MagIndustries for the year ended December 31, 2013 remains unchanged from that which was previously filed.
