Tick Tock Time Is Running Out; V Group Announces a Drop Dead Date

(OTC PINK: VGID) along with the Company's incubation partner, Fernhill Beverage, Inc. is excited to update current shareholders and potential shareholders as to the status of the Fernhill "Spin-Off." The Company is now prepared to announce a "drop dead" date to which shareholders of V Group, Inc. will be automatically participating as equity holders in Fernhill Beverage, Inc., a new public entity.
It has been determined that the last day to become a shareholder of record and be eligible to receive Fernhill Beverage, Inc. shares will be March 31, 2015 (The last day of the first quarter of 2015).
The Company will be using the next two weeks to finalize such details as the distribution ratio, the ticker symbol as well as the public launch date. As soon as the few remaining details are finalized, the Company will be eager to announce the completion.
V Group, Inc. is also proud to announce that the Company has entered into negotiations with the intention to purchase an existing beverage company. This company has a unique product that complements V Group's flagship A.N.D. perfectly. It is a high end brand with unique packaging and current distribution. Negotiations are expected to last approximately three to six weeks. The Company will be updating shareholders if or when the two companies reach an agreement that is beneficial for all.
"We have a lot going on right now," states Larry Twombly, V Group's CEO. "We're starting to really pick up steam and 2015 is setting up to be even better for us than we initially prepared for. Our first spin-off is coming together. The next one is slated for the end of the year. The beverage companies are growing. We are acquiring brands as well as launching new brands while growing the distribution we already have. We are about to add a distribution company and we are even considering acquiring a small beverage production facility by the end of the year or early next year. We are always looking for opportunities that add value for the shareholders. The Company's focus is to grow in such a way that is controllable and measured."
