Robex Resources inc.: Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- The Board of Directors of Robex Resources inc. (TSX VENTURE: RBX)(FRANKFURT: RB4) has granted 1,300,000 stock options under its Stock Option Incentive Plan to directors and officers of the company at an exercise price of $0.24 per share. The options expire five (5) years from the date of grant (July 24, 2011) and are subjects to a four-month "hold period" under applicable securities legislation and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
