Michael Leuchte appointed spokesman of Schaltbau GmbH management team
(PresseBox) - After more than three years at Gebr. Bode, Dr Jörg W. Kremer (56) has resigned from the company's board of management. Among his other achievements, Dr Kremer made a key contribution towards acquiring and integrating Bode Zustiegssysteme. The Executive Board of Schaltbau Holding AG has expressed its thanks for his outstanding commitment and service.
Sven Oelert (47) has been appointed commercial director of Gebr. Bode GmbH & Co. KG, Kassel, with immediate effect, taking over the position made vacant by the resignation of Dr Kremer. After completing his business management studies at the University of Cologne, Sven Oelert began his professional career as financial director of a German company in Singapore. After occupying numerous other posts, including a stint as head of group controlling and commercial director at IT and communications manufacturers in Germany and the Netherlands, his most recent post was as commercial director of the traffic safety division of the Jenoptik Group.
Dr Ernst Raphael will continue in his function as spokesman of the Bode management team.
As managing director of Schaltbau GmbH, Munich, Dipl.-Ing. Michael Leuchte (52), responsible for sales and marketing, has been appointed spokesman of the management team at Schaltbau GmbH with effect from 12 March 2015.
With annual sales of around ? 430 million and more than 2,600 employees, the Schaltbau Group is a leading supplier of components and systems in the field of transportation technology and the capital goods industry. The companies of the Schaltbau Group supply complete level crossing systems, train formation and signal technology, door and boarding systems for buses, trains and commercial vehicles, toilet systems, industrial brakes for container cranes and wind turbines and also high- and low-voltage components for railway vehicles as well as other fields of application.
